The blooms of Kent rose are quite simple, regular, of mild fragrance, pure white in colour, with prominent bright yellow stamens. The variety can grow up to 60cm in height and have spread of around 50cm. It blooms from May to October regularly covering the wide shrub. This multiple awarded variety is resistant to diseases. Recommended planting density: at 60–80cm intervals or 2–3 seedlings per m2.

Bred in 1991, Kent rose belongs to Cover Roses category. It grows low, shrub-wise (broadwise) forming a half sphere. It bears flowers reaching 4cm in diameter, each one counting up to 10–15 petals. Kent rose is resistant to diseases. Being highly decorative, this particular rose is ideal for planting in plant stands and flowerpots on balconies.
