Malonyana Aurea

Thuja occidentalis Malonyana Aurea is narrowly conical in shape and of moderate height. Resembling Smaragd in form, it is suitable for yards. It grows fast and can tolerate temperatures as low as -15 °C. Most frequently used for individual planting, it can also be used effectively as a hedge. Its foliage is of attractive golden-yellow colour taking copper shades in winter time.

Thuja occidentalis Malonyana Aurea is best grown in full sun exposures. Being tolerant to pruning, it is suitable for planting in groups even for dense hedge planting.
