Description

Rustica Rubra is one of the most abundant varieties among magnolias. When formed as a tree, it can grow over 4m tall and over 4m in radius when grown as a shrub. The plant is ideal for large public green surfaces. A full sun lover with tolerance to partly shaded exposures and need for being watered moderately. The plant can be pruned as needed, in midsummer, once the leaves are completely unfurled.
