Back to Junipers

Mostly green in colour, juniper Variegata is a plant here and there variegated by yellow segments. Being full sun and part shade lover, it can be planted individually, in groups, on rocky ground and used for covering cascades in gardens.

Slow-growing Variegata is an evergreen variegated juniper. This low groundcover conifer will grow to be 0.8–1m tall, with a spread of around 2m. When it comes to type of soil, this plant is not particularly demanding so it can be grown even on dry limestone soils.
